Dawn Pappas

Dawn has over 20 years of adult learning, training, and development expertise in a variety of industries including manufacturing, flooring, and pharmaceuticals. She has held multiple positions including Global Sales Trainer, Marketing Manager, and Senior Manager of Learning & Development. Prior to working at Fenner, Inc. a Michelin Group Company, Dawn worked for Armstrong World Industries as both an HR Business Partner and Training & Development Specialist. Dawn has her Master’s degree in Adult Education/Training and Development from Penn State University.

Dawn brings to Kelvin Group skills in curriculum and competency development for sales, managers, supervisors, and service employees, as well as programs for organizational competency mapping, personal development plans, and career ladders. She has also developed job skills manuals and programs for manufacturing technicians. She is certified in Insights Discovery personality profiling.
