Meet The Kelvin Group

Michael Sirois
Executive Chairman - Kelvin Group

Michael started in the industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC industry at Lewis Refrigeration Company in 1988.  Prior to becoming transitioning to the CEO of the Kelvin Group, he spent 25 years at American Refrigeration Company (ARC) and was responsible for overseeing the daily operations and growth, becoming the largest industrial refrigeration contractor in New England. Mike received his education at the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He also completed the Wentworth Institute of Technology Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Program, Kansas State University's Industrial Refrigeration program, the iiar industrial refrigeration program, and the Advanced Leadership Institute at Babson College.  Michael is a member of iiar, RETA, and ASHRA.

Harry Gray
Chief Executive Officer - Kelvin Group

Harry is a multi-sector executive with transformational growth experience spanning start-ups to the Fortune 500, and across the industrial, consumer, retail, food, aerospace, B2B, energy, manufacturing, financial, and technology sectors. 

Prior to joining Kelvin Group, he was President of AVT, which is a NASDAQ award-winning manufacturer of engineered industrial products.  Harry was also Managing Partner of a Bain & Company spin-off, private equity professional, and mergers and acquisitions professional at Alex Brown & Sons and Wasserstein Perella & Co. 

Harry served as a commissioned military officer and was a member of US Navy’s warship construction program embedded at General Dynamics in Bath, Maine. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy at Annapolis and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business, where he was a Bibeault Scholar.

Peter DiMartino
Chief Financial Officer - Kelvin Group

Peter has more than 20 years of financial leadership and operations experience within the Construction industry. He spent 17 years with Sullivan & McLaughlin Companies, one of New England’s premier union electrical contractors before transitioning to a CFO role with RESCON, a private-equity backed national restoration business. Peter then joined the Kelvin family early in 2020. He earned  a Bachelors in Accounting from Stonehill College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and is an active member of the CFMA.

Mary Fairbairn
Director of Human Resources - Kelvin Group

Mary has more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of human resources in various industries including, manufacturing, and finance. Prior to joining the Kelvin Group in 2021, she spent 10 years at ATN International Inc, an international holding company headquarted, in Beverly MA, focused on telecommunications, and renewable energy. As a Human Resources Professional Mary’s proudest career accomplishments are having built multiple customer centric teams and corporate cultures focused on delivering the best and highest level of customer service.

 Mary specializes in policy development, employee relations, leadership training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. She began her human resources career at Tecogen, an HVAC manufacturing company in Waltham, MA. Mary earned a bachelor’s degree in management at Regis College and is an active member of SHRM.

Meet Our Company Presidents

Bill Fleming
President - ARC Mechanical

Bill has more than 30 years of leadership and operations experience within the mechanical services industry. He worked his way through the ranks of Local 537, first as an apprentice, then as a journeyman at several Boston-area companies. He spent 13 years with JC Cannistraro, one of New England’s premier mechanical contractors with his most recent role as Senior VP of Service and SPG before transitioning to his current role as President of ARC.

Bill holds a degree in construction management/supervision, is a licensed Master Pipefitter and licensed Refrigeration Contractor in the State of Massachusetts. He is the former President of the New England Mechanical Service Contractors Association where he currently sits on the board and also serves on the Apprenticeship Committee of Local 537.

Scott Sweet
President - HCG Associates

Scott founded HCG Associates nearly 20 years ago and has developed the firm into a recognized leader in the regulatory compliance industry following an impressive career in public safety, hazardous material response, and as the Deputy Director of Hazardous Materials Response for the Commonwealth of MA. His broad experience across nearly every major industry and type of workplace environment lends practicality and credibility to Scott’s regulatory consulting approach. Whether he is interacting with regulatory authorities, assisting clients with high-level business assessments, leading investigations, or liaising with client counsel, EPA or OSHA,  Scott brings both his regulatory acumen in addition to his leadership skills to the table, resulting in consistent client success. His credentials as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) in addition to numerous PSM/RMP and compliance-related certifications frequently earn him distinction as not just the leading subject matter expert in the room, but the one clients return to year after year after recognizing the value he brings to their businesses.

Bil Sauer
President - RD&S

Bil has more than 33 years of Sales and Leadership experience within the Refrigeration services industry, specializing in the Food and Beverage sector. He joined RD&S in 2006 and was responsible for driving annual Sales & Revenue growth before transitioning into his current role.  He is the founder of Modern Freezing Systems and organized the North Eastern PA Chapter for Refrigeration Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA). Bil studied Refrigeration Theory at the CHI Institute of Philadelphia and actively sits on the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR) Piping Committee.
