Jeanette “Jet” Stiffler
Jet serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Kelvin Group, where she leads client engagement and the development of safety and compliance solutions across the organization’s national footprint. With more than 28 years of experience, she is widely recognized as an expert in the implementation and management of critical safety and regulatory programs, including OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management (PSM), EPA 40 CFR Part 68 Risk Management Plans (RMP), OSHA General Duty Clause 5(a)(1), EPA’s Clean Air Act Section 112(r)(1), and numerous OSHA and EPA state‑approved programs.
Before stepping into her role at Kelvin Group, Jet served as President of JS Compliance for more than 10 years, guiding its growth, expanding service capabilities, and establishing it as a trusted leader in industrial refrigeration safety. She also continues to serve as President of the NH3 Training Center of Texas, where she develops and delivers industry‑leading training programs focused on ammonia safety, PSM, and regulatory compliance.
Jet has extensive experience facilitating Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and leading PSM initiatives across a wide range of industries. She specializes in designing comprehensive PSM programs, developing policies and procedures, implementing Mechanical Integrity Inspection and Testing programs aligned with RAGAGEP, conducting GAP analyses to identify preventative maintenance deficiencies, and creating and delivering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operator training programs.
A recognized subject matter expert on IIAR Codes and Standards and RETA guidelines, Jet shares her knowledge internationally and contributes her expertise through active leadership roles on the IIAR Standards and Compliance Committees. She remains an active member of both the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR) and the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA), frequently presenting on PSM and industrial refrigeration safety at conferences and safety‑focused events nationwide. Her ongoing mission is to elevate safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the industry.
