Bill Cluff

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in service, construction, and industrial operations, Bill Cluff has built a reputation for growing businesses, developing high-performing teams, and delivering results. He is known for empowering people, driving accountability, and staying closely connected to the field.

Before joining RC&E as President, Bill served as Vice President, North America at Integrated Power Services (IPS), where he led a national portfolio of service centers. Prior to IPS, he spent 14 years with Siemens Smart Infrastructure, ultimately serving as Southwest Regional Director with responsibility for 11 branch offices. His experience also includes leading post-acquisition integrations and launching a greenfield operation that reached profitability within six months.

Today, Bill has full P&L responsibility for RC&E and is focused on expanding into new markets, growing recurring service revenue, and building the leadership, sales, and technical talent needed to support the company’s continued growth.
