With over 35 years of industry expertise, Bob is a distinguished leader with a focus on projects, services, utilities, energy efficiency, HVAC/R, and sustainability. His extensive career includes significant contributions as a senior executive and key leader at Johnson Controls International (JCI), where he held multiple positions of increasing responsibility. A seasoned executive with a proven track record of strong leadership in the industrial and facilities services sector, Bob’s unique blend of industry expertise, leadership philosophy, and commitment to personal and professional growth make him an invaluable asset to the ARC team.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bob is a dedicated family man with three adult children that he shares with his wife, Laura, of 34 years. Outside of his professional commitments, Bob enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in hands-on projects.
