Britton Kreitz

Britton Kreitz is an accomplished executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience building and growing private equity-backed businesses serving highly regulated, mission-critical industries. His expertise spans operational excellence, commercial growth, acquisition integration, and organizational development.

As President of Sotera, Brit will help strengthen the company’s position as the nation’s largest industrial refrigeration compliance services provider while continuing to advance its commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service.

Prior to joining Kelvin, Brit served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Element U.S. Space & Defense, where he led operations across six classified testing facilities in the United States and Spain, overseeing a nine-figure P&L, and more than 300 employees. Previously, he spent a decade with National Technical Systems (NTS), ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, where he led global commercial operations and supported multiple strategic acquisitions.

Before entering the private sector, Brit served as a Captain in the U.S. Army’s 25th Infantry Division and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service during combat operations in Iraq.
