With a rich history of working with Fortune 500 and middle-market companies worldwide, he has spearheaded transformative initiatives, including multi-billion-dollar mergers and acquisitions, and comprehensive, organization-wide transformations. Dillon’s expertise spans over 15 industries, adeptly integrating business strategies with technological innovations to achieve extraordinary outcomes.

Before his corporate tenure, Dillon served as a Signals Intelligence Operator in the United States Marine Corps, where he was recognized for his exemplary leadership on the battlefield, pioneering combat strategies that not only significantly reduced allied casualties but also critically impaired adversaries. His dedication extended further, passionately training the next generation of Marines to continue the legacy.

Dillon is a proud alumnus of Loyola University New Orleans, where he earned his BBA in Economics. He is also in the Executive MBA program at Yale University.
