Harry Gray

Harry is a transformational growth executive with industry experience across the industrial, consumer, retail, food, aerospace, B2B, energy, manufacturing, financial, and technology sectors. His P&L leadership experience ranges from VC-sponsored start-ups to multi-billion businesses in the Fortune 500.

Before Kelvin Group, Harry was part of building a highly successful, multi-exit, PE-sponsored global industry consolidation. He was also Managing Partner of a Bain & Company spin-off, private equity professional, and mergers and acquisitions professional at Alex Brown & Sons and Wasserstein Perella & Co.

In his early career, Harry served as a commissioned military officer and was a member of the US Navy’s stealth warship construction program embedded at General Dynamics.

Harry is a Board Member of the Defense Intelligence Memorial Foundation and a Fellow of the Center for Financial Strategy and Innovation at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is published in The Journal of Private Equity and The Journal of Investing.

Harry is a graduate of the US Naval Academy at Annapolis and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business, where he was a Bibeault Scholar.
