Jeff Richard

With a career spanning over 30 years, Jeff Richard has built a legacy of leadership in industrial services, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare technology. He is recognized for his strategic financial expertise and helping global organizations navigate acquisitions, optimize efficiencies, and achieve market leadership.

Most recently, as CFO of Probo Medical, Jeff guided the company through six acquisitions, spearheaded operational optimization projects, and led strategic capital raises. At DexKo Global, a multi-billion-dollar private equity-sponsored company, he integrated over a dozen acquisitions, implemented Lean/Six Sigma practices, and tripled profitability within three years. Jeff also played a critical role in preparing DexKo for a public listing on the NYSE.

Earlier in his career, Jeff served as CFO for SRS Distribution, Checkpoint Systems, and Safety-Kleen, consistently driving operational improvements and enhancing profitability. He has also held leadership roles at Tyco International, culminating as CFO of Tyco Plastics & Adhesives. His achievements earned him recognition as the “DFW CFO of the Year” during his tenure as COO/CFO of Pavestone Company.
