Joseph Andrade

Joseph Andrade is a seasoned operations and field‑services leader with more than 25 years of experience in commercial, mechanical, and residential service organizations. Beginning his career as a tradesman and progressing through field supervision and operational leadership, he brings a uniquely balanced perspective that blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic, enterprise-level execution.

Before joining ARC Mechanical, Joseph served as COO of HomeX Services Group, helping expand the platform significantly while leading operations for over 1,500 employees across multiple states. Previously, as President of GEM Plumbing & Heating, he helped grow the company into a large multi‑trade platform through strategic acquisitions, performance-driven operating systems, and scalable field processes.

Known for his people-first, field-centric leadership style, Joseph has executed more than 28 successful acquisitions, unified multi-state operating models, and driven consistent improvements in customer experience, dispatch efficiency, and field execution.

Joseph’s technical background includes extensive experience in mechanical construction, service, plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems. He also maintains multiple professional licenses, including Master Plumber, Pipefitter, and Sheet Metal licenses in three states.

He holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Purdue University Global and completed the MIT xPRO Chief Operating Officer Program. Joseph remains active in workforce development and industry associations, with a strong commitment to building the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
