Lou Delafano

Lou Delafano serves as President of National Service at Kelvin Group, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across operational, commercial, and strategic roles in corporate America. Known for his commitment to service excellence and high‑performing teams, Lou oversees Kelvin Group’s service organization with a focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Lou joined ARC Mechanical, a Kelvin Group company, as Vice President of Sales. His strong leadership and success in driving commercial expansion led to his promotion to joint leadership as Senior Vice President of Sales & New Systems, and most recently, as interim ARC President. In each role, he played a pivotal part in strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and advancing organizational capability across the business.

Before joining Kelvin Group, Lou spent 25 years with Otis Elevator Company, where he held leadership roles in sales management, frontline operations, and regional management. In these roles, he managed full P&L ownership with a deep commitment to customer trust, ensuring that financial and operational strategies consistently supported service excellence and long‑term client satisfaction.

Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Merrimack College. He also earned both an MBA and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
