Kelvin Group Leadership
Harry Gray
Harry is a multi-sector executive with transformational growth experience spanning start-ups to the Fortune 500, and across the industrial, consumer, retail, food, aerospace, B2B, energy, manufacturing, financial, and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Kelvin Group, he was President of AVT, which is a NASDAQ award-winning manufacturer of engineered industrial products. Harry was also Managing Partner of a Bain & Company spin-off, private equity professional, and mergers and acquisitions professional at Alex Brown & Sons and Wasserstein Perella & Co.
Harry served as a commissioned military officer and was a member of US Navy’s warship construction program embedded at General Dynamics in Bath, Maine. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy at Annapolis and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business, where he was a Bibeault Scholar.
Michael Sirois
Michael started in the industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC industry at Lewis Refrigeration Company in 1988. Prior to transitioning from CEO to Executive Partner of Kelvin Group, he spent 25 years at American Refrigeration Company (ARC), responsible for overseeing the daily operations and growth, which led to ARC becoming the largest industrial refrigeration contractor in New England.
Mike received his education at the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. He also completed the Wentworth Institute of Technology refrigeration and air conditioning program, Kansas State University’s industrial refrigeration program, the IIAR industrial refrigeration program, and the Advanced Leadership Institute at Babson College. Michael is a member of IIAR, RETA, and ASHRA.
Peter DiMartino
Kara Donatucci Pham
Throughout her career she has held several leadership positions in Human Resources for large manufacturing organizations, including Armstrong World Industries, Dawn Food Products, DORMA USA, and Fenner Inc. a Michelin Group Company. Her most recent role was with Turkey Hill Dairy as CHRO The Private Equity backed company is a leader in the manufacturing of premium ice cream and beverage products. Kara received her post graduate degree from the University of Tennessee and her SPHR from Villanova University. Kara held a seat on the Board of Directors for the Humane League of Lancaster County and on Arc of Lancaster-Lebanon. During her tenure she served a term as the Vice-Chairman for both organizations. She is actively involved in raising awareness for diversity, and inclusion of people with disabilities and has been appointed by Governor Shapiro to Pennsylvania’s Rehabilitation Council (PARC).
Dillon J. O'Reilly
Dillon is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of global experience, adept at guiding outstanding teams and uplifting organizations to new heights. With a rich history of forging enduring relationships with Fortune 500 companies worldwide, he has led transformative initiatives including multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions and comprehensive organization-wide transformations. His expertise spans various sectors, from Silicon Valley to Wall Street, consistently marrying business strategies with technology to achieve extraordinary results.
As a Signals Intelligence Operator in the United States Marine Corps, Dillon was recognized by his exemplary leadership on the battlefield, pioneering successful combat strategies that not only reduced allied casualties but also critically impaired adversaries. His dedication extended further, passionately training the next generation of Marines to continue the legacy.
Dillon is a proud alumnus of Loyola University New Orleans, where he earned his BA in Economics.
Lori Gately
Lori is an award-winning Boston area digital marketer and content strategist with over 15 years of experience in the marketing industry. Switching gears during the pandemic, Lori comes to Kelvin Group by way of the hospitality industry, where she most recently led the marketing and media relations initiatives at Boston’s historic Omni Parker House hotel.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management from JWU in Providence, RI, Lori began her career in marketing at the Central Florida Sports Commission in Orlando, FL. She then spearheaded the marketing initiatives at two Walt Disney World® hotels before returning home to Boston to manage the mar. In addition to having her efforts recognized in industry publications like Travel + Leisure magazine, Lori has also been awarded Manager of the Year at the Omni Parker House and nominated for Outstanding Manager of the Year by the Massachusetts Lodging Association (MLA).
Simon Clarke
Simon has over 35 years experience in the design, sales, installation, troubleshooting and commissioning of industrial refrigeration plants around the world, using all major compressor manufacturers including Grasso, Sabroe, Mycom, Stal, Frick, Howden and others. He has provided technical solutions and support for industries including Food & Beverage, Cold Storage, Process, Recreational, Leisure, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical.
He has thorough experience in pumped circulation, gravity fed, direct expansion, LPR, LVS system design, sales, contracting and commissioning. He specializes in industrial NH3 refrigeration/heat pump and CO2 solutions and ammonia projects up to 240,000 and 40 mill USD. Simon has designed, installed, and commissioned projects in over 35 countries divided amongst South America, North America, Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Simon received his education at Hugh Baird College in Liverpool, England where he achieved a BTEC ONC Electrical Engineering Degree. He has completed courses in GEA Engineering and Project Management, Sabroe Engineering and Project Management, and Construction Design and Management. He is also member of RETA and IIAR.
Joe Heinlein
Joe boasts nearly two decades of expertise dedicated to shaping and strengthening Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain divisions within both private equity and publicly traded enterprises. His proficiency spans strategic sourcing, procurement, and comprehensive supply chain management. Joe's extensive background encompasses industrial plastics, logistics, overseeing plant launch and closure procedures, as well as crafting innovative packaging solutions.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, and he furthered his education at the W.P. Carey School of Business, where he concentrated on general business studies.
Kendra Scalforatto
Kendra has nearly 20 years of experience working for global conglomerates such as Nestle, Keurig Dr Pepper, Energizer Battery, and Anheuser-Busch. In her most recent role with Nestle, she was responsible for 16 facilities and led a team effort that achieved a 75% year-over-year reduction in workplace injuries. She also built a standardized EH&S system from the ground up.
Kendra has a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health, a B.S. in Business Management, a Post-Baccalaureate Premedical degree, and holds her M.B.A. with a concentration in Leadership Psychology.
Company Presidents
Bill Fleming
Bill has more than 30 years of leadership and operations experience within the mechanical services industry. He worked his way through the ranks of Local 537, first as an apprentice, then as a journeyman at several Boston-area companies. He spent 13 years with JC Cannistraro, one of New England’s premier mechanical contractors, with his most recent role as Senior VP of Service and SPG before transitioning to his current role as President of ARC.
Bill holds a degree in construction management/supervision, is a licensed master pipefitter and licensed refrigeration contractor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is the former president of the New England Mechanical Service Contractors Association where he currently sits on the board, and he also serves on the Apprenticeship Committee of Local 537.
Scott Sweet
Scott founded HCG Associates nearly 20 years ago and has developed the firm into a recognized leader in the regulatory compliance industry. His role at HCG followed an impressive career in public safety and hazardous material response. He also served as the Deputy Director of Hazardous Materials Response for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. His broad experience across nearly every major industry and type of workplace environment lends practicality and credibility to Scott’s regulatory consulting approach.
Whether he is interacting with regulatory authorities, assisting clients with high-level business assessments, leading investigations, or liaising with client counsel, EPA or OSHA, Scott brings both his regulatory acumen and leadership skills to the table, resulting in consistent client success. His credentials as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) in addition to numerous PSM/RMP and compliance-related certifications frequently earn him distinction as not just the leading subject matter expert in the room, but the one clients return to year after year after recognizing the value he brings to their businesses.
